Please use the below as a starting point when thinking about what documents you may need to begin your tax filing. We will follow up with more specifics after we have our Discovery Call.

    • A copy of your past 2 year’s tax returns (if this is your first year working with ADACI)

    • Proof of medical insurance (Forms 1095-A, -B, or -C) 

    • All W-2’s, LES’, & 1099’s in all states that both of you and your spouse lived in during the tax year 

    • All statements of charitable contributions donated to qualified nonprofits 

    • Statements of all passive income, including all rental property, K-1’s, etc.

    • Medical expenses

    • Mortgage interest statement (Form 1098) 

    • Energy upgrade receipts 

    • Insurance premiums 

    • Mileage for rent issues 

    • Real estate taxes 

    • Refinance or purchase docs 

    • Rental income

    • Detailed income, expenses, and inventory 

    • Assets and equipment list 

    • Mileage reports 

    • Tax ID number/Legal name 

    • Health insurance premiums

    • Estimated tax payments 

    • Education payments (Forms 1098-T and/or 1098-E) 

    • Childcare (Name, Address, SSN/Fed. ID, Amount Paid) 

    • HUD-1 Settlement Statements for new home purchases or sales 

    • Bill of Sale, registration and sales tax paid on a new automobile purchase 

    • IRA/HSA contributions 

    • IRS/State Dept. of Revenue Correspondence 

    • Dates of engagement and release of any deployment for tax year (military)
